Competition entry for the new visual identity of the Pinakothek der Moderne in Münich which houses four different museums with focus on art, graphic, architecture and design. The design concept combines the DIN typeface used as corporate typeface by the museum with the nearly forgotten cut called die “die fette Breitschrift” to create a contemporary and flexible identity featuring the first letter of each museum.
